The question is which sources of omega-3 is positively good for you? But for our money, fish oil is still the ideal choice.
There are lots of good pills or tablets out there and some looks like a fantastic deal, but to get the same EPA and DHA as you would get from one daily dose of USANA BiOmega™ fish oil supplement, you’d have to take about five capsules a day. And you’d have to spend over $200 a month! That's too much! And from my experience, people say that you can get the omega-3s you need from a healthy diet or from a wild-caught salmon everyday. But what about the toxins that we may occasionally encounter? You don't want any mercury from over consumption of fish.
